I have hp victus 16 with two ssd slot. It has pre installed 512 gb, can it support 2TB of Ssd to the second slot? I'm planning on upgrades. Much appreciated for help🥰

The Crucial memory report for your notebook's model series indicates they sell NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB, so a 2 TB drive should work fine.

Have you opened up the notebook and confirmed that there are actually two SSD slots?
My understanding is only the 16-r0xxx models with the Intel Core HX processors have the second SSD slot.
Notebooks with the Intel Core H processors only have one SSD slot.
