I got a new laptop in September, and have had this recurring issue, where it freezes, and goes to a blue screen with an error code.
The first few times I googled it, and could not figure out the exact issue, other than that it was related to the SSD somehow. But I kept using it, as it happened maybe 2 times a month, and was ok with it as it was a huge improvement over my old laptop.
Today was the biggest issue, where it did the same thing, I restarted it, but windows was operating very funny, as in Mozilla wouldn't open, nor would task manager, so I tried another restart, and this led to the infinite windows repair at startup, and nothing would work, no system repair, no safe mode, nothing.
I gave up and did a clean flash install of windows with HP CLoud Recovery, as recommended by HP customer support who I was chatting with, this time to windows 11, thinking it might help, and about 30 mins into using it, it freezes and crashes to the blue screen again, and this time the HP testing program opens and I run all the tests I see there, the only one with an issue is the drive test, that said no drive detected. If I exit the mode, and turn my computer on again, the drive is found and it restarts, but soon enough it will freeze and crash again.
I believe I need to send In the computer for fixing.
