I would like some suggestions on what SSD I should buy to replace the broken one, the piece ( L29690-001 ) is unavailable for purchase on the HP website in the "Parts Store" section

The product specs indicate that your notebook came with a 256 GB NVMe SSD.

You should be able to install any brand NVMe SSD you want.
If you want to install around the same capacity drive, look into one of these:
If you want to install a larger capacity drive such as 500 GB, that would be fine too.

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
