Product: Ex5s-fq1064nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi
I purchased the HP 15s-fq1064nl 2021/02/13 and now doesn't work: at start, it does not find the Hard disk
It seems that the SSD nvme doesn't start
How can I solve this? I afraid that there is a factory defect, because the laptop is new

You can see if it will boot into UEFI diagnostics. Tap F2 as you power up select diagnostics and then storage. Run the full test. We can't really advise you to try to open it and that will spoil the warranty. If the NVME SSD is bad you are going to need to make a warranty claim. Otherwise we will be here to help you try to diagnose further.
