I put a  new Kingston SSD 120gb in dvd-rom successfully and I copy my files and C disk to a new SSD everything works well but When it comes to choosing SSD as the main boot drive, SSD does 't show in the boot order in Bios.I try the choose cd rom as a boot device it does not work. My question is how can I select SSD as a boot drive

No, that is not going to work. You have to do different way: swap SSD and existing HDD, then use SSD as boot drive and HDD is for storage.

Reason: controller for ODD (dvd-rom) is not the same with normal HDD, normally slower.

I clone all of the data to SSD then IF I swap the HDD to SDD will my files remove(SSD and HDD)?
