what type of SSD would be best in my c1000 laptop I have an HP17-CN1053CL ,[Personal Information Removed] yes upgrade questions like what is the best SSD 500GB 2.5in internal and how much memory can I put into my laptop, there is only 2 spots, or is that the answer?

 I cant believe they even put a HDD Sata into it?

I believe I replied your question for RAM before. Again its specs

It has 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA HDD now. I can't find manuals from HP but I believe on your machine with Intel® Core™ Gen 11 processor namely  Intel® Core™ i5-1155G7 (up to 4.5 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 8 MB L3 cache, 4 cores, 8 threads) you should be able to add M.2 NVMe SSD up to 2TB to your machine using standard M.2 NVMe SSD such as

  or          https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/nvme-ssd/970-evo-nvme-m-2-ssd-1tb-mz-v7e1t0bw/
