I need to change the current 128gb SSD M.2 for another with a higher capacity and I would like to know which is the largest disk that I can change.

It has 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA. You are saying it has 128GB M.2 SSD which is a bonus. That drive is a SATA drive.
You can upgrade it to 256GB, 512GB or 1TB using standard M.2 SATA SSD drives such as https://www.samsung.com/us/computing/memory-storage/solid-state-drives/ssd-860-evo-m-2-sata-250gb-mz...
