It's showing hard driver /SSD smart check : failed 

What should I do ? Help ??

Good day,

 

You should immediately copy everything on that SSD that is important to you to an external storage device.

 

Once that is done, use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility to run the extensive test of the SSD.

 

If the extensive SSD testresult is a fail, the SSD will need to be replaced.

 

Is the laptop still in the one year warranty period? If it is, the replacement of the SSD can be done under warranty.

You will need to use the HP Cloud Recovery software and a 32GB USB flash drive to create a recovery drive that is used to make a fresh installation of Windows 11 on the new SSD.
