I have ssd (defult in my laptop) SK hynix PC801 HFS001TEJ9X101N - 1TB. its advertised to have 7000MB/s sequential read speed. i used benchmark and got 3570MB/s sequential read. i have disabled bitlocker

Nobody can answer your question without knowing the full model number or product number of your notebook.

 

If you installed a PCIe Gen 4x4 SSD in a notebook with a Gen 3 SSD slot, that would be the expected speed you would get from it as the maximum transfer speed a Gen 3.0 SSD slot can provide is capped at 4,000 MBPS.

im sorry i provided that when i was posting and fought you could see that. but i found solution i had to set power plan on pcie to savin -> off and works great
