When a HP computer is advertised as having 16 GB of Octane Memory and a SSD drive is this just make you think that you are getting both things or is the 16 GB already built into the SSD drive.

If you have the product id, model number, or link to what you are viewing we can take a look together.

Yes, some models come with the Intel optane/SSD combo. such as the Intel H10. So most likely this is what you are seeing as most notebooks will have only one M2 slot.
