HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 15-cs2073cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking to add at least a M.2 PCIe SSD to my Pavilion model indicated.
I am also considering replacing the 1 GB SATA HDD with a SSD as well.

However, I am getting conflicting information between the Crucial website's indicated compatible storage upgrade options, and the options indicated by the HP Maintenance and Service Guide for 15 inch Pavilion laptops.

The HP Maintenance and Service Guide listed options are solely as follows:
M.2 SATA-3, TLC, solid-state drive (select products only)
256 GB
128 GB
M.2, PCIe, NVMe, solid-state drive
512 GB, TLC
512 GB
256 GB

Given that Crucial indicated that my laptop's RAM could be upgraded to 32 GB, when the HP Maintenance and Service Guide specifically stated an upper limit of 16 GB RAM (which I already have), I can't safely trust Crucial's recommendations.

But if the HP Maintenance and Service Guide info for the SSD drive upgrade path is correct, there's no point in upgrading my Pavilion laptop, as I want my laptop to last at least two more years, and there's no point trying to upgrade to SSD at all, if the HP Maintenance and Service Guide's SSD options are the only approved ones which I have.

Please advise - thanks, in advance, for the help!
