Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T54AV)

Hello,
I have recently purchased my laptop and I am not feeling content about having 512 GB SSD in it.
After the mandatory updates of Win 11, usable free space is around 450 GB.

I plan to upgrade the hard drive to 2 TB or 4 TB NVMe M.2 Pcle 4.0 SSD.

However, I don't know my laptop has available free slot or not.  Maybe, I need to replace the currently installed one
Can you kindly suggest me a higher capacity SSD suitazble for my laptops specs please ?

Hello,Graug, how are you ?

On page 2 of the manual below, there is information about SSDs and compatible sizes:

Hi there Fabio,
Thanks for your response and directing me towards the manual.
I have checked the Page 2 and Page 16 (Visual breakdown of the parts) but, that didn't clarify my question.

Thank you for your help!

Hello,

Only 1 single Slot that is available for use. So one has to be exchanged for another. There are no 2 slots

Apparently there are even HP SSDs, see below:

1 TB, PCIe-4 × 4, TLC M16560-001
1 TB, PCIe-4 × 4 N45474-001
1 TB, PCIe-4 × 4, TLC, nM N77395-001
1 TB, PCIe-4 × 4, nM N77394-001
512 GB, PCIe-4 × 4, TLC M17436-001
512 GB, PCIe-4 × 4 N45476-001
512 GB, PCIe-4 × 4, TLC, nM N77393-001
512 GB, PCIe-4 × 4, nM N77392-001

This one appears to have the same characteristics. But I recommend that you check with the reseller if it is not compatible, to guarantee your money back.

Thanks for your assistance!
I think I am going to ask someone else (or a reseller) to validate the compatibility of this  SSD (Samsung SSD 990 Pro NVMe M.2 Pcle 4.0)
