Hello,
i want to place an SSD to boot my laptop and programs faster.
I've been searching for some SSDs and i found NVMe SSDs (wich i think have faster writting and reading speeds, around 1200MB/s ) and SATA SSDs (wich are slower, 550 MB/s).
My question is if i can place any one of those in my lapotp(HP pavilion gaming 15-akXXX,P0G80EA#ABU) and if it will be compatible with it.
Would apreciate if u could send some links so i can check the prices.
Best regards;
Rodrigo

This website shows how to open it and where the M.2 slot is located:
http://www.myfixguide.com/manual/hp-pavilion-15-ak000-gaming-laptop-disassembly/
M.2 slot circled in red
Service Manual:
The laptop only supports SATA type M.2 disks like the Samsung 860 Evo:
Highly recommended to open the laptop first to be sure a slot is there and to see if you need to order a mounting screw as HP may not have provided one.
