hello,

I am using the HP - 15-bs576tx as per manual it is possible to install SSD M.2 can anyone suggest "Samsung 860 EVO Series 250GB M.2 SATA Internal Solid State Drive (MZ-N6E250BW)" is the right choice or can I go for any other SSD. If above SSD is not supported then give me the link for SSD which supports and perform better. also, give the explain how I copy my genuine window from HDD to SSD after installation(the window is activated by web previously)

Are you sure it has M.2 slot. You can ONLY know after opening the machine.

For your second question: Windows 10 product key is embedded in BIOS of your machine. You can re-install Windows 10 many times and it will be automatically activated using that SAME key unless you replace its motherboard/system board  without a license key.
