Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3027od

I purchased an HP 2TB SSD on February 13, 2023 from Amazon. It has failed catastrophically! I am trying to get a replacement from HP, but they say go to Amazon - Amazon says go to manufacturer. HP phone calls give me a runaround. "Try this number, we don't do that." Called 844-234-9295 which rings 30 times and then hangs up - done that 5 times already. "If that doesn't work, call 800-234-4557". Did that. Answers with "If you are over 50, press 1. If you are under 50, Press 2". Either 1 or 2 takes you to a recording. "Congratulations, you qualify for a medical alert bracelet." Etc. Etc. Etc. Going the route of checking the Warranty Status through the HP website gets no help as the Serial Number is not recognized.

ANY SUGGESTIONS on where to get help?
