Can i put ssd and hdd together in this pc with help of caddy?

You need no caddy. There is a space for a 2.5 inch SATA SSD or hard drive and then also a slot for an M.2 SATA SSD. Looks like this with the back cover off:

 

2.5 inch = red circle M.2 = purple rectangle2.5 inch = red circle M.2 = purple rectangle

 

Your model is the 250 G6 and comes in several configurations. If you have a 2.5 inch disk now just add an M.2 SATA like Samsung Evo 860. I do not recommend using a DVD drive caddy for several reasons I would be happy to expand upon if you wish.

Why are you confused? Which processor is in your model? Celeron and Pentium models may not have the M.2 slot
