can i use  Transcend 220S 256GB SSD  for my laptop upgrade? and what about Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe 250GB?

Find below the list of HP tested and approved SSD options for your computer-

 

Refer to the document http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06510442 for details.

 

You can upgrade as per the supported memory on the computer and choose any brand that you're comfortable with.
