Product: Probook 450 G0
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello 

I am using a probook 450 G0 and I want to upgrade from an HDD to SSD specifically 450GB but i don’t if 450GB is supported looking at the specifications of the machine is says is supports 128GB SSD

It supports much more than that, the manual only shows pre-installed size. You can use 500GB, 1TB or 2TB
