Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Does my laptop support NVME M.2 ssd ? Or M.2 sata?

My laptop is hp 15-bs103ne 

If it support what is the maximum capacity for the laptop to read ssd.

And what is better M.2 sata or sata 3?

HP Recommended

M.2 SATA only will work in your M.2 slot.  M.2 SATA and a SATA 2.5 inch SSD will perform about the same. SATA mechanical hard drive is much slower.
