Is it allowed to defrag a SSHD or move partitions of a SSHD ?

Or may these procedures damage my disk?

I have the original SSHD in my 15-ac135ng.

Thx in advance for your hints.

Why not ?

I have not heard defragmentation damages HDD but HDD has mechanical parts, moving heads around too very often/too much will definitely reduce its ages.
