HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop in July 2020.  One of the main reasons I bought it was because of the 2 Year Warranty Care Pack.  Now there is an issue with the laptop and it won’t boot up.  I can’t find any support from Sam’s Club or HP.  How do I get support under the Care Pack?  There is nothing on the original packaging or receipt on how to get service.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand that your care pack warranty details are incorrect and computer is not booting up, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you submitted the warranty dispute with HP?
  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
