I need to use the accidental damage protection that was included in my purchase of my laptop from Sam's Club. I don't see this anywhere on the HP site and can't actually chat with anyone via their contact button. I looked up my receipt and I purchased it exactly two year ago today...what are the chances a crack would show up in my screen today out of nowhere? Crazy. Anyway, I can't figure out how to use this service that was included with my purchase and as my two years is technically up tomorrow, I need to contact someone today. Searching the forums, it looks like others have had this issue as well? Can anyone help?

@jessjenkins22 -- if you bought it from Sam's Club, will they honour their warranty?
