OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried many things to fix this issue but my laptop will not detect my new SSD, the issue started when I was installing new drivers and it made my laptop fail and I had to clean install Windows 10. Now there is an error message in one of my storage controllers: Standard NVM Express Controller/PCI Slot 12 (PCI bus 60, device 0, function 0) saying "This device cannot start. (Code 10)      An I/O adapter hardware error has occurred." and I have tried installing new drivers but this makes a boot error which the only way to solve is by doing a clean install of Windows 10 again.

You might have to put the SSD in a USB enclosure to connect the SSD and resolve the driver issue that is causing the generic "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" error message.

Are you using the Samsung 980  SSD as a second SSD or as a primary one that replaces the originally installed storage device?
