When i plug in my Samsyng Odyssey+ Windows Mixed Reality headset into the HP laptop (both HDMI & USB 3.0) it is not recognised.
Device Manager states that the Hololens sensor driver has not been installed correctly.
When I attempt to upgrade this driver, I get the message that there are no suitable drivers for this.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Have you checked the HDMI port on the computer connecting a different device?
Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

As you have confirmed that the port is working fine, it looks like an issue with the software.
I recommend you contact Samsung support to further diagnose the issue.
Cheers!
