I am upgrading hp envy 15 with m2 sata . So, I was disconnecting the sata cable from hdd and pulled it hard so that the blue ribbon at the end pulled off as well.  Is the cable repairable and if not where can i buy a new one.

I am confused as to whether the m.2 ssd slot is nvme or sata(pictures attached).

1 SATA cable: Part # is 812697-001. You can order from

              https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=812697-001

2. M.2 SSD: I can't see the images but information from manual saying it is a M.2 SATA SSD I don't know why Crucial does not offer M.2 SSD for your machine

Are you sure it is a 2280 slot ?
