Product: HP Envy 5505 flat glass printer and scanner
Operating System: Chrome OS

 I've set up WebScan and I can scan individual pages with glass or multiple with ADF, but is there any method for using the glass scanner to create a doc with multiple pages?  I have an HP Chromebook and an HP Envy 5505 printer/scanner.

Upon checking I see that there is no option to create a single document with multiple scanned documents. You will have to scan the documents and use a third-party application to merge them into one.
