Dear HP team,

My laptop body gets scratched by its own body while writing. In writing mode the screen rests on the wedge provided on the bottom of the laptop. The wedge scratches the surface on my HP Specter 360 2018 model. Isn't it an irony that one of the most expensive model of HP has such a basic design flaw. The scratch looks very bad on the laptop.

 

Let me know how to proceed forward. I request a replacement/solution to this.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
