I have an HP Envy touch screen laptop. While closing the laptop, there was a sound, and after 2-3 days, suddenly the screen came out of the back panel. Now, I can't close the laptop, and the screen is fully out from the bottom right side. When I visited the HP service center in Meerut, they told me that the full screen would be replaced, which would cost around 25,000 rupees. I sincerely request HP to please repair my laptop, as it got damaged by itself.
