I mailed the concerned team on 14th July 25 with all my details Serial number, model name, ADP, invoice so that this issue can be resolved quickly. But even after all this the technician comes without any knowledge that the product is covered in ADP. So he doest not fix the issue. Then the part which was ordered was incorrectly ordered or as it was told to me. And they ordered a new part only on the day of visit to my place. This was also done when I personally called the service centre team, the technician and then updating the issue with service head. Even after starting the urgency again and again today i.e.1st aug 25 the laptop is not repaired. Nor there is any timeline to get the work done stated to me. There is no status update that where is the part why it is delayed is anyone going to visit or when is the technician will be visiting nothing zero. I called technician today he says i dont know i will check to see if part is here or not. Already a week from previous and when i call at that time he checks. Seriously the worst service i have been facing. I would like to escalate to the highest authority possible as my business work is stuck and i cannot use my laptop until the damage is resolved.

Hi @Shiv1997,

I'm really sorry you're going through this, I can understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially when it's affecting your work.

To help you further and escalate this to the appropriate team, could you please share the model name of your device?

Also, if you have a Case ID or Service Request Number, kindly share it in private so we can locate your case faster and assist you more effectively.
