Product: Pavilion 14-ce0502sa

Recently my laptop has started doing this thing where the screen will go black apart from some glitchy white lines near the top, make a crackling sound as it happens, then either go dead or require a reboot. Help! I'd like to know what's wrong with it and what I need to do. I'm worried it will die on me and I need it for some important work. Also I've had it less than a year so this is really disappointing. Thanks.

What is the operating system you are using?

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
