HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0008ca
Microsoft Windows 11

The laptop is opening and closing normally, however the screen has popped out from the bottom right, causing it to be slanted. I have not physically misused, mishandled or damaged the laptop in any way, however the screen popped out by itself. Quite a number of other people have faced the exact same problem, and a customer whose warranty ran out was able to get her laptop fixed for free by HP. She contacted the VP, and was in touch with the Escalations Case Management Team at HP. They physically inspected the customer's laptop, and upon proof the customer did not physically damage it, they repaired the laptop for free. I have been switched around between five different departments today, and am a little unhappy at the way things are being handled. If not for free, I do not think HP should be charging more than a $100 for this repair, considering I have not physically damaged the laptop in any way, and based on the fact that plenty of other HP Envy x360 users have faced the same problem. I hope HP is able to get back to me on this.
