Screen is broken

The screen is Broken now .. and needs to be replaced.  All near by hp service centers are closed. Where can I get the part ? How can I replace the part?

Pages 56-62 show how to replace the screen. You actually do not need to remove the whole assembly from the laptop you can just open the screen housing and replace the screen panel. I can likely find you a video for that if you need it. 

It's a 14 inch 40 pin 1366 x 768 screen panel and this is a good price but you might be able to do a bit better:
