Example: HP laptop 15'
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I heard a crack while closing the laptop monitor and noticed that the left bottom of the screen started to come apart from the frame.  The laptop is only 7 months old and is still under warranty.  I was able to snap the frame back into place, but it's only going to get worse and I wouild like to be able to travel with my laptop.  What can be done to resolve the problem?

David,

Thanks for the suggestion.  I contated and HP Support and they were able to repair my laptop to it's full functionality. Hp Support was very kind and supportive duringthe entire process.  They sent me a Fedx box and a return lable to ship my laptop to them.  Thye kept me abreast each step of the way until my lap top was repaired amd shipped back top me.  After the repair, the lap top is working better than when I initally purchased it.  Almost as if it's a new laptop.  Again, thanks so much.

You're welcome.

I am glad you have your notebook up and running again and everything worked out well. I had a similar experience to yours a while back with HP support when i sent in an Omen notebook for repairs.

Let us know in the future (provide the exact model or product number of the notebook (not serial))
