Hi there,
I just purchased an Elite Dragonfly Chromebook for personal use. It's gorgeous. However, quickly after setting it up and trying out tablet mode, I discovered the bottom of the screen (landscape, where the HP logo is) creates a tapping/clicking noise when touched. I suspect that the adhesive used hasn't been properly set. I can hold it down for a moment and the noise goes away, but returns after a short while (I think this is the adhesive releasing again). The area it affects emanates into the main screen space by a couple of inches.
Is this something that HP could quickly fix? I hate that this (expensive!) new device has this small, yet noticeable flaw.
Thanks in advance for any responses.
