Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I would like to replace my screen with an OEM HP screen but can't find one. Please point me in the right direction. The aprt number I found is: M45454-001.

Thank you for your quick reply but just going a step further than a quick search of that part number would show you that it is not available on hp's website. When added to the cart and going to check out it states that the part is "not orderable". I don't know why the website does not show it is unavailable on the initial screen and makes you go through a process to find out. Poorly done by HP as far as that goes. Any ideas of where else to find OEM HP parts?
