My cat has knocked down my computer, and made a crack in the display. I want to know the cost for changing it out, please. I woke up to my pet cat knocking over the monitor meowing, and well it happened.

To answer your question, in my experience, the cost of replacing the touch screen on an all-in-one desktop pc will be more than the cost of a working, used desktop of the same model.
It is only economical if you do the work yourself.

Is there a chance I don’t have to have it in Touch Screen? Because like I want to know prices for different things, I know no parts are broken, but even if loose my touch screen I just want this thing to be fixed, unless that’s null and it’ll still cost a bunch.

I am guessing you have a 24-df1000 and am guessing this parts list here
if you enter your serial number at that location you will get the exact parts list, not a guess.
I am guessing you need this part
L91416-002 | PanelKit 23.8 IPS ZBD W/CBL TS,Bib23 |
This is what google shows
The screens are made by LG or Samsung to name a few companies and they are all in Asia where AliExpress is
Looks like $200 to $300 which is a good price
Here are some used, open box and new HP 24-df all-in-ones
There is a used working 24-DF1023w for under $200 free ship but it has an ugly green keyboard and mouse. Probably scare the cat again.
Another option is to use a second monitor and extend the screen. On the damaged screen adjust for a small display in the area there the screen is not damaged.
