Hi, I've had this laptop for about a month or two but I am already noticing shiny scratches on the screen. I at first thought that the stylus pen made these scratches, but I have never noticed myself creating a scratch with the stylus. In fact brand new ones appear when I open the screen after not using it for a night, meaning the scratches appeared because of the keyboard. I saw that other people were having this problem and had I known before hand I would have bought a screen or keyboard protector before using the laptop to avoid this problem. My mother was the one to buy this laptop for me and I know she also got a warranty for it. I would like to know the correct avenue to take to fix the screen properly.
