Here is a youtube which shows how to do a replacement:

This is not your exact model but the general idea is correct. The Support pages with your laptop model Manual are down right now but let us know and it should be available soon.
This is the best screen from eBay. Let us know if you need more help. The cost of the screen is not too high but a shop would likely charge a couple hundered dollars labor to do the upgrade.

Your AMD system supports HD. Bring up the display manager and verify it shows the following
If you cannot set the resolution to HD (1920-x1080) then download and install the graphics driver for your system
Have you run the HP support assistant?

That model series was available with either a FHD or HD screen. You obviously have the HD (1366 x 768) The part numbers for the 2 FHD options are:
FHD, antiglare, SVA | L78713-001 | |
FHD, antiglare, UWVA | L78714-001 |
Is yours a touchscreen? There is no FHD touchscreen option and the cable would be different so you could not replace it with a FHD non-touch screen. The non-touch cables are the same so you could theoretically replace your panel with a FHD.
People underestimate the cost and difficulty, however and it might be easier to just replace the laptop. If you want purchase info for an FHD screen and instructions post back.

My mistake. I had forgotten about HD being only the 720 pixels. FHD is the 1080. I had to look it up to be sure.
- What is an HD Ready monitor?
HD Ready means that the display can output 720p images (1280 x 720 pixels). However, an HD Ready display may not be as sharp, rich, or clear as a full HD monitor.
- What is a full HD monitor?
Full HD means that the display can output 1080p images (1920x1080). Full HD, or FHD, uses progressive scanning, which is better for motion and fast-moving visual media.

I don’t mind how much money I will cost I like this computer and just want to upgrade but what the difference between the two screen are they about the same price. It not touch screen

You might consider adding an external touch screen monitor. I have Z400 with two monitors, one is touch screen FHD. No reason why you could not add one to your laptop. You have HDMI port and USB3.
