Product: Pavilion 15-n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My screw holding in my keyboard is not coming out what so ever. I turn the screw, and it just spins. I have no way to get under the screw to lift it up since it is in the middle of the laptop. I got this laptop from a person moving out. The screen is completely broken so I have to use the HDMI slot with a monitor, and I have to use a keyboard because some keys don't work on the built in keyboard.
Please help me.

Hi,
Can you provide the exact model or product number of the notebook (not serial) for further help. Here is how to find it:
Let me know,
David
