Hi there,
With black friday i bought a new SSD for my laptop, i'm not really a pro or anything but just removing the back and place the new SSD shouldn't be a problem, but ofcourse there was...
After removing all the screws there were 2 that just stayed there, it just kept spinning. The tips on Google didn't really help and it surely didn't help that the screw was in a tiny hole.
It's a HP 17ak026nb. and this is a picture if interested https://imgur.com/kY4Rb0J

Welcome to HP support community.
This seems to be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.
