Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pavilion.jfif

I bought myself a second-hand Pavilion that I only need to do some administration. I did a complete reset and installed the latest version of Windows 10 / 64. Now I have a problem with the keyboard. Letters and numbers are OK, but other signs not. Does someone know where I can find the driver for the keyboard here above ??

@Andreas007,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

I would try these three driver scanning/updating utility resources first: Update Windows - Microsoft Support, and:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers and: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

About the Intel download: run it and allow it to update whatever drivers it may update, and then you can uninstall it, and use it again, say 6 months from now, to check for updates periodically.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
