HP Envy 15-q400 is a series of many different models/products (from 400aa to 499zz). Can you see part number of battery of your machine, it can be one of the following batteries
- 6-cell, 62-Wh, 2.80-Ah, Li-ion battery part # 710417-001
- 6-cell, 47-Wh, 2.20-Ah, Li-ion battery part # 710416-001
Actually your machine can use both, the first one is better but more expensive. Your machine is around 5 years old now therefore no available part from HP
