My laptop is HP Omen 17-db0011nw. I wanted to ask if there is a second M.2 NVME slot to add some more memory? If so, then what is a maximum size and which brand should be preferable?

Your notebook does have support for two M.2 NVMe SSDs so there is an available empty slot.
Below is the link to the service manual.
If you look at chapter 6, page 37, there is an illustration of the SSD slot positions.

Theoretically, there is no limit to the storage capacity of an NVMe SSD that can be installed as long as the drive is single sided so it fits in the slot and inside the thermal enclosure.
The service manual only provides the SSD configurations HP offered in the model series.
SSD manufacturers such as Crucial, Samsung and Western Digital offer drives in 4 TB storage capacities.
Crucial has a report of the drives they sell for your notebook's model series.
