I will be brief..
Installed secondary SSD
Doesnt appear in windows when in file explorer
Ran HP Diagnostic UEFI - shows both drives here as can run tests - great!
Reboted - still not visible in explorer
Ran through the assistant and the chat bot for secondary SSD not detected
Went through EVERYTHING to press and hold power 5 - 15 sec till off - reseat the SSD - turn on - if no error your done.
Back to explorer ....no SSD secondary there?
PS All drivers upto date inc bios as checked HP site as per HP Assistant
Can someone please help with this its driving me nuts!

A drive does not appear in File Explorer unless it has a drive letter. You need to initialize it first in Disk Management. See this link to MS document for how to do it.
