Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn0013nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The battery on my HP ENVY is starting to degrade. Does anyone have experience trying to replace their battery, either themselves or taking it to a Best Buy? I'm wondering how easy it is to do, how reliable the replacement, was, and ballpark cost? Alternately would people recommend upgrading my PC now instead?

the part number of the battery is, use that part number to find a reseller.

 

Battery (4-cell, 55 WHr, 3.6-Ah, Li-Ion) L43267-005

 

This is the service manual that shows how to open the laptop and change the battery.
