Seems ALL Envy's have bad screen hinge - MINE HAS TOO - How do I get HP to fix this design issue

It seems that HP will fix this issue if there is no obvious misuse.  My Envy is in NEW Condition except the left hinge is obviously broken.  When I carefully open the screen splits from the case.  Now part of the display doesn't work.  There is no visible damage to the screen or case. 

No-one would envy my HP Envy  - I wish that I had bought a Dell or some other reliable brand - I made the mistake of thinking HP WAS a reliable brand!

Help please - who do I contact to swap it for a reliable laptop...

I'm based in the UK - is there a UK Customer number please?

I am proposing to begin a hashtag for failed  Envy HP customers on X.  No one will envy an Envy customer.  My Envy is only 2+ years old.  It's in new condition except its hinge has failed and it can't be opened and closed.  HP are apparently denying any responsibility.  This is appalling customer service.  I expect HP to replace it with a similar non-Envy model..   thanks
