Hola, recien compre la HP 445 G9 Probook, el problema es que no muestra el sensor de huellas, ni en windows hello ni en el administrador de dispositivos, entonces, me gustaria saber si es posible reparar el sensor o es posible que directamente no tenga el sensor, de ser asi, me gustaria saber el numero de parte para poder comprarlo e instalarlo

If you have facial recognition, the fingerprint is most likely an optional feature.

 

The part number is as follows:

 

Fingerprint reader (not illustrated) N00879-001
NOTE: The fingerprint reader cable is available in the Cable Kit as spare part number N01282-001.
The fingerprint reader insert (for use on models without a fingerprint reader) is available in the
Plastics Kit as spare part number N00113-001.
