Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cw1063wm

I am trying to find the original, out-of-the-box specifications for my unaltered laptop.  When I enter the serial number printed on the case (which is the same as that found by the HP search routine on this website), I get "Invalid".

 

Any ideas why and how I can find the actual specifications for my machine?

We understand that you are looking to search with your device serial number. 
Please check and ensure there are no typos or any confusion between 0 and O. 
If the serial number still gets any error, try adding the product number while searching.
