I just purchased my device and right upon startup there are issues. I chatted with support who kept asking for the serial number. I gave the serial number several times and was told it would not validate. What does that mean, do I have a real product? Do I take it back to the store I purchased it from?

Hi

HP serial numbers are not unique, so usually they register, sometimes 2 or more products match, so try yourself....
