I need to book a repair for my hp 17-ak007na Laptop I bought in 2017, I try to do this on the HP repair section by entering the serial number located on the back of my laptop but it says it is invalid please help?

At seven years, HP does not provide support for your laptop.

 

I highly recommend that you take it to a laptop repair shop.
